Last week, I reported that Fergie's daughter Princess Beatrice was auctioning her Royal Wedding hat on eBay for charity.  Frankly, I was a bit skeptical about how much money this one might raise.  But, when you're the granddaughter of the Queen of England, doors and bid are clearly open
