A few of my favorite Los Angeles designers have just announced that they are heading to discount shopping channel QVC for spring 2012.  This is good news for fashion lovers around the world, since QVC is an international business. The LA based designers coming to QVC are Geren Lockhart, Rachel Pally, Cynthia Vincent
