If you think Oscar parties are glamorous, then think again.  Last night's QVC Red Carpet party should have been called for rain.  Held in a tent, in the muddy courtyard at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles, QVC was broadcasting live.  I was originally excited to be invited to this event,
