William Rast for Target Arrives and Temple St. Clair for Target goes on Sale

After much hype, the William Rast for Target collection arrived at Target stores today and online.  As expected, there's lots of denim, leather jackets with fringe, comfy tunics and plaid shirts.  The collection is a snapshot of some of the William Rast brand's greatest hits.
