Missoni for Target on the Clearance Racks? Yes, at some stores.

I had to do a little run to the local Target this week for some grocery items, and to my surprise, I spotted several Missoni for Target items on the clearance rack.  There were scarves, sweaters, a dress, a blouse,  the big floppy hat, gloves and many pairs of the pumps.  I don't know for sure how this is happening, but my guess is
