American Express Announces the Gift Chain Program

This weekend I got a note from American Express telling me that as a cardmember I was eligble to sign-up for a new program called the "gift chain." Since I'm using the my card a lot during this time of year for travel, family events and even a few gifts for others, I thought I'd check this out.  I'm always in  favor of any benefits I can get from Amex, especially if they are free of charge.
